Construction and real estate project videos: renders, location and trust
Promo videos for housing projects, villas and land sales: animated renders, readable floor plans, a camera that drops from the map to the plot, a campaign voice for each project and social content.
A video that sells a housing project or a plot of land answers three questions: where, what kind of life, and why should I trust you? Renders come to life, the location is shown by dropping in from the map, and floor plans become readable on a phone. Each project is launched with its own name, colour and line, so the company's page isn't a wall of identical render posts.
The shared problem of construction social media
The sector's posts usually look the same: render, logo, phone number. Viewers can't tell one project from another. For Önder Avcı İnşaat we turned "trust" into a campaign voice: Gold Residence, Olive Garden, Buca Kuruçeşme Villa... each project was launched with its own name, colour and line. We built a brand language with marble and gold textures, animated the renders, made the floor plans readable and connected everything to a website that loads fast on mobile.
In land sales, the real value is location
You can't sell a field with a photo; a photo only shows soil. The value is in the location, the zoning plan and the surroundings. In the Temelli 156/5 film we built a camera that starts from the globe and drops down to the district and the plot; we drew the plan boundaries and the distances to roads and housing areas on screen. In one minute, the buyer sees the title, the location and the future.
Content set for a project launch
| Content | Its job |
|---|---|
| Main promo film (45–90 s) | Tell the whole project |
| Location film | Transport, surroundings, distances |
| Animated render Reels | Attention on social |
| Floor plan posts | Make unit types readable |
| Launch and "last units" visuals | Follow the sales calendar |
| Project page | Where all content comes together |
Drone and site footage
On projects under construction, progress videos build trust: foundation, structure, façade, handover. If you have drone footage, the edit tells it together with the city, in rhythm. Our strongest example of aerial storytelling is the Pamukkale Turizm films; the same language works for showing a residential area with its surroundings.
What we need from you
- Render files (high resolution) and floor plans
- Project details: unit types, square metres, shared facilities
- Location (block/plot or address)
- Drone and site footage, if you have it
Frequently asked questions
Can you make a video without renders?
Land and location films don't need renders; they're built from maps, plans and drone footage. Housing projects need at least façade and interior visuals.
How are floor plans shown in the video?
Plan lines are simplified, rooms appear one by one and square metres are written on screen. We show each plan on its own so it reads on a phone.
Does content continue after the project is finished?
Yes. Handover videos, resident stories and the next project's launch can continue in the same brand language. For monthly content: monthly social media management.
Do you also build a project website?
Yes. We build sites that bring projects, floor plans and contact together and load fast on mobile: motion corporate website.
