Corporate promo film: a company film people actually watch, with aerial footage, interviews and rhythm
How to make a company promo film: a one-sentence message, aerial views, a rhythmic edit of talking-head footage, technical topics simplified with info cards, and social cut-downs from the same film.
A corporate promo film people watch tells one sentence and carries it with the rhythm of the picture. Company history, machinery and certificates get into the film only as far as they serve that sentence. The right length for the main film is 60–120 seconds; 15–30-second cuts for social media come out of the same film.
One sentence
Pamukkale Turizm's slogan was clear: "Travel is freedom." We told it from where the birds see it: following the bus over the bridge, along the coast road, above the city's rooftops. Both shores of the Bosphorus, İzmir's clock tower, light breaking on the sea... The edit breathes with the rhythm of the journey, and every film closes on a flag waving in the wind.
Technical topic, simple telling
In sectors like energy, machinery and software, viewers may scroll past by the third second. In the Mube Energy video we pulled the talking-head footage together with a rhythmic edit, supported technical terms like three-phase and single-phase with simple info cards on screen, and went out to the field with drone footage. A long explanation became a video people watch to the end.
Building blocks of a corporate film
| Part | Its job |
|---|---|
| Opening (first 5 s) | Set up the sentence with the picture |
| Site / aerial | Scale and trust |
| Talking head | Face, voice, warmth |
| Info cards | Make technical information readable |
| Music and sound design | Rhythm |
| Closing | Logo, sentence, contact |
An announcement that feels like an invitation
Not every corporate film has to tell a history. For Pars Pool & Wedding we said "Our pool opens on 1 June" not as an announcement but as an invitation: turquoise water, sunglasses, a pool that looks like a postcard from the air. The video lets viewers live the first day of summer in advance.
Speaking the audience's language
Beste Sepeti is a platform connecting music producers with artists; its audience looks at sound more than design. In the promo we placed the person presenting the platform inside the brand's green world and built the campaign around that audience's own words.
Production plan
- Kick-off call and defining the sentence
- Material list: your existing footage of the facility, team, product and aerial views
- Interview questions (short, easy to answer), recorded by your team if needed
- Animation and info cards for anything missing
- Edit, colour, sound, subtitles
