AI video production agency: when AI video works for brands, and how to commission one
How an AI video production agency works: which projects suit AI, where real filming still wins, how to keep characters and branding consistent, the production process and what to send for a quote.
An AI video production agency uses generative tools inside a normal film process: script, art direction, editing, sound. The tools make scenes cheaper and faster to create, but the idea and the edit still decide whether the result looks premium or cheap. That's why so much AI video feels the same. This guide covers where AI fits, where it doesn't, and how to commission it. We produce remotely for clients wherever they are.
Where AI video works best
- Scenes that are expensive or impossible to film. A whole neighbourhood, a historic setting, a fantasy world.
- Product campaigns. Your product, based on real reference images, placed in worlds you could never shoot on budget.
- 3D animation style ads. A warm, studio-animated look without a large animation team.
- High-volume ad creative. New variations for testing, without a new shoot each time.
- Documentary and explainer scenes. Visual storytelling for topics with no archive footage.
For the online school Ev Dershanem we wrote a neighbourhood story and produced every character and street as AI 3D animation, with no crew, set or actors. For ToyBom we built a full campaign without a photo studio, using bursts of colour and foaming bathtubs to carry one idea: what's inside?
Where real footage is still the better choice
AI isn't the answer to everything. Audiences want to see the real doctor, the real kitchen and the real factory. Real footage builds trust that a generated scene can't. Technical products also need care, because AI can quietly change details. When accuracy matters we combine real screen recordings, real product images and motion design with generated scenes. In the İYİYİM! app films, the screens are the actual app.
How the process works
- Brief. What you sell, to whom and where the video will run.
- Concept and script. One clear idea before any tool is opened.
- Look development. Characters, colour and world are locked and approved first.
- Generation. Scenes are created, reviewed and heavily filtered.
- Edit and sound. Rhythm, music, sound effects, voiceover and titles.
- Delivery. Vertical and horizontal masters plus short cuts for ads.
How to tell a good AI film from a cheap one
- The same character looks the same in every shot.
- Titles and logos are added in the edit, not generated inside the image.
- Sound is designed rather than added as an afterthought.
- Hands, faces and text hold up when you pause the video.
- It looks like your brand, not like the tool's default style.
What to send for a quote
Tell us the length, where it will run, what product images you have and one example you like. The price mainly depends on length, number of scenes, voiceover and how many versions you need. Frequently asked questions
Can AI video be used in paid ads?
Yes, on Meta, Google and YouTube. Some platforms ask you to disclose AI content, so we check the current rules before launch.
Will my real product appear accurately?
We work from your real product images. Where the exact shape matters, we combine them with 3D or motion design so the product stays correct.
Do you produce in English and other languages?
Yes. We write and deliver in English and can plan other languages. We also produce an English-language documentary series for an international finance channel.
How long does it take?
It depends on the length and number of scenes. Short ads move much faster than long films, and you get a clear delivery date with the quote.
