Social media for dental and beauty clinics: a voice that reassures instead of scares
Social media for dental clinics, beauty centres and therapists: a voice that talks about results, not treatment, cinematic service videos, informative Reels and attention to regulations. A sample set of 30 posts, 15 stories and 10 Reels.
The voice that works for clinic social media talks about the result, not the treatment: a smile instead of the sound of a drill, a person who feels good instead of a close-up of a device. Every post has one sentence, one image and the same calm call to action. Content is informative; since healthcare advertising is restricted by regulation, we stay away from pushy and exaggerated promises.
Dental clinics: turning fear around
A dental clinic makes people think of fear: white coats, waiting rooms, the sound. For Altes Diş Kliniği we started from the opposite end and talked about smiling, not treatment. We built a navy background, purple accents and a soft, rounded 3D tooth. One-line posts like "A check-up every 6 months, a smile for life", always with the same call: call for an appointment. In this voice we produced 30 posts, 15 stories and 10 Reels.
Beauty clinics: a colour for every service
Beauty clinic videos tend to look alike: white light, a device, a price. For MPRIVE we built a more cinematic language: laser hair removal, EMSlim and skin care, each in its own colour (red, turquoise, purple). The specialist talks to camera, the device plays a role in the scene, and subtitles flow in magazine typography. Viewers with the sound on or off feel the same trust.
Therapists and consultants: content that starts with a question
Fevziye Kaya is an occupational therapist who works with children. We built the page around her line: "A child isn't labelled, a child is understood." We made animated content around questions families want to share, rebuilt the profile from scratch and ran the ads.
Sample monthly content set for a clinic
| Content | Per month | Its job |
|---|---|---|
| Informative post | 8–10 | Trust, expertise |
| Service Reel | 3–4 | Introduce the service |
| Specialist video | 1–2 | Face, voice, warmth |
| Story set | 15–20 | Daily contact, questions |
| Highlights | Setup | Services, team, directions |
A note on regulations
In Turkey, advertising by healthcare providers is restricted by regulation. So we keep content informative and avoid pushy elements such as discounts, guarantees or exaggerated results. The clinic always gives final approval; if a piece is borderline, we review it together before it goes out.
Frequently asked questions
How many posts does a clinic need per month?
2–3 posts and 1 Reel a week, plus a few stories a day, is a good start. Consistency matters more than volume: the same voice has to continue every week.
Can we share patient photos?
Not without the person's explicit consent. Before/after content is also risky under the regulations; we work with informative content.
Who creates the visuals?
Most content is made without a shoot, with 3D and animation; most of the Altes set was 3D design. If you have footage from the clinic, we edit and finish it.
Is ad management included?
If you want it, yes. For message and appointment campaigns: Meta ads management.
