ALADDIN'S CAVE

Hand to Hand is the 10 November film we made for Aladdin's Cave. A red-ribboned Atatürk gold coin passes from hand to hand, generation to generation, from the 1950s to today. The story ends on a street standing still at 09:05.

This is a jewellery brand's film, yet no product appears in it. On a day of remembrance, we felt the brand should stay in the background. The logo appears only at the very end, for a brief moment.

The second film follows the brand's panther-head stone bracelet: the hand-drawn sketch, the 3D model and the finished piece. We stabilised the client's handheld footage and matched the last frame of the drawing to the first frame of the 3D model at the same angle, so the sketch turns into the model in one unbroken move.
